Dr. Balvir Talwar, an outstanding reviewer awardee from Emerald Literati Network U.K., is a nonfiction storyteller well known for integrating spirituality with personal and professional life. He earned a Ph.D. in Management from IIT Roorkee and published several papers, including the 'Evolution of Universal Business Excellence Model' to integrate spirituality and business excellence. Born into a simple family, he imbibed profound insights into spirituality through daily Yajna rituals and frequent encounters with highly evolved saints during childhood. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Talwar enjoyed a 38+ year career with BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.). Excelling in various roles like HR, Quality, CSR, Strategy, and leading transformation initiatives, he retired as Executive Director. His significant accomplishment was caring for the well-being of over 31000 employees, their families, and thousands of contract workers at factories and over 100 project sites during the COVID-19 pandemic. Post-retirement, Dr. Talwar emerged as an inspirational author, trainer, and seeker, focusing on the essence of Vedas, rituals, growth, prosperity, meditation, motivation, governance, and more. His dedication to inclusive growth and divinity has earned him admiration. He was the UN Global Compact Network India Secretary from 2018 to 2021. Dr. Balvir Talwar's passion lies in integrating spirituality with personal and professional development, a focus of his inspiring books in the Corporate Transformation Series. In addition, he is associated with a few social organizations and plays a crucial role as a visiting faculty in management at IIT Roorkee, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of leaders.
