Barbara was born in Peru. She currently lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and learning languages. Her goal as a writer is to help children realize how diverse the world is. She wants to instill in them a love for learning foreign languages, travel, and meeting people from different countries with different cultural backgrounds.
