Hello, I'm Bárbara Izquierdo. I help people who want to plan and build their integral success aligned with spirit and heart. My Story I am the eldest of three sisters, and I had a happy childhood, although I always felt like the ugly duckling in class. At the age of 5, I decided to stand out through my love for studies, and I managed to shine at school thanks to my intelligence and passion for learning. At 15, a health challenge marked my life forever. Thanks to this event, I discovered (without realizing it) the power of the mind when it is aligned with the heart and spirit, which has been the fundamental axis in my life. Since then, I became an insatiable student on the subject and wanted to share everything I had achieved through my transformation with others through courses, workshops, and conferences that I have been offering since 1995 in national and international companies. In constant evolution, I am now online with all those experiences, which gave rise to my method #MentalGym #ChangeYourLife, with hundreds of participants around the world.
