Bethanie Deeney Murguia earned an MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. Bethanie lives with her family and her forty pound lap dog, Thunder, in Sausalito, CA. She is the creator of numerous picture books, including Do You Believe in Unicorns, I Feel Five, and We Disagree.
