Bill Fitzgerald

Bill is the Co-founder and CEO of FitzDrake Search, Inc., an executive search and recruiting firm located in Northern Virginia. FitzDrake works with companies as large as the Fortune 500 as well as with small start-ups in addition to nonprofit organizations to place exceptional executive and professional-level talent. Prior to owning his own firm, Bill worked at the University of Delaware, Hewlett Packard, ADP, and AOL. Bill is a best-selling author who published his first book, How to Find a New Job Without Looking, in April 2023. Bill lives with his wife, Mary, and Jack the dog in Ashburn, Virginia. Bill and Mary have two grown daughters and a son-in-law living in the area.
