Throughout her life, Bitsy has grown up in the kitchen. Her love of cooking has encompassed her mom’s kitchen, restaurant kitchens, and friends’ kitchens, as well as, at home. She maintains a hectic career as an Accountant and mother of two active teens. Her time spent sharing family dinners are the most important time of the day. The Instant Pot has afforded her the ability to cook amazing meals on a daily basis, in a timely fashion and within a modest budget; even on a moment’s notice! After repeated requests for recipes from co-workers, family and friends, she gathered her scattered and scribbled recipes and made the decision to create this cookbook. Recipes in one place, making dinners easier for everyone. We all have busy lifestyles and every little bit helps. Bitsy lives in Alabama with two children and a zoo of pets.
