I have covered the Stanley Cup final, World Cup of Hockey, Super Bowl, World Series, Summer Olympic Games, Ryder Cup, World Cup of Soccer and the Memorial Cup. I am also an NHL columnist for MSNBC.com and Hockey Weekly and freelance for such publications as The Hockey News, Beckett Hockey, Faceoff and Prospects Magazines. I am also a contributor to The NHL Guide And Record Book and Total Hockey and am listed as an honorary member of the Elias Sports Bureau. As well, I am a published author. My books include The China Wall: The Timeless Legend of Johnny Bower; The Bruise Brothers: Hockey's Heavyweight Champions; Nine: A Tribute To Gordie Howe; Nineteen: A Tribute To Steve Yzerman; Seven: A Tribute to Ted Lindsay; and The History of Hockeytown. Specialties: I serve as vice-president of the Society For International Hockey Research. I write a daily blog for The Windsor Star, do live blogging and film video from major sporting events and contribute to the production of the SIHR web site.
