About Bob and his books: Although known as a Biblical researcher with over twenty thousand hours of extensive study into the Bible, Bob’s writing is more like that of a fine mystery writer, constantly keeping the reader on the edge of his seat. But what truly sets Bob apart from other authors is best noted by a minister and friend of over fifteen years who stated that, “The difference between Bob and the seminary professors that I have had to sit under is that they know God academically but are not empowered by Him. Bob is like those in Acts 4 who were recognized as being ‘with Jesus’. God uses Bob in his writing. There is a giftedness and an empowering that was always lacking by my professors.” Having been educated in psychology at the University of North Carolina, Bob, along with his wife, Barbara, is a devoted Carolina Tarheel basketball fan. Additionally, they both enjoy playing bridge and strolling along the Florida beach where they reside. They have four daughters and nine grand children who are tops in their lives.
