Boz is a professor of accounting and finance and an active CPA who speaks nationally on the topics of ethics and leadership. Boz attended Saint John’s University in Minnesota, where he majored in accounting, minored in Spanish, and was a Second Team Academic All-American guard for Coach John Gagliardi, college football’s all-time wins leader. Boz spent the first nine years of his career in public accounting and was with Arthur Andersen at the time of the firm’s demise (although he thankfully never worked on the Enron account). Boz joined academia in 2004 and teaches at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. Boz and his wife Kacey live in central Minnesota with two of their children, Wyatt and Sofia. In his free time, Boz attends church, college sporting events, and live music performances. He grows potatoes, peddles accounting shirts, and bench presses with the Saint John’s football team.
