"BradMD" (Brad Hennenfent, M.D.) went to college at Northwestern University, medical school at the University of Illinois, and did his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois Affiliated Hospitals Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Hennenfent got interested in prostate cancer, BPH, and prostatitis after his older relatives were diagnosed. Dr. Hennenfent has also written several children's books: Books for Men's Health: The Prostatitis Syndromes 2nd Edition Surviving Prostate Cancer without Surgery Books for Children: The Pledge of Allegiance to Freedom Uncles and Etymology The American's Creed (co-author) Search for "BradMD" in quotes under books on Amazon to find all Dr. Hennenfent's books. Brad volunteered for the non-profit Prostatitis Foundation, which closed its doors after 25 years of service. While volunteering for the Prostatitis Foundation, Dr. Hennenfent heard frustrating stories from men all around the world who were suffering from prostatitis, BPH, acute urinary retention, epididymitis, and prostate cancer. This spurred him to write medical books for patients to better explain these diseases to the average person, while including simple illustrations and even cartoons. Brad invented the Alligator Etymologist to teach kids big words. Brad also invented the Giant Abacus™ with removeable beads to display words, recipes, and other educational information. Brad grew up in a basketball family and advocates for 4-on-4 full court basketball, because, mathematically, 4-on-4 full court is superior to 5-on-5 for fast breaks, dunks, alley oops, and the run and gun style of basketball most fans love. Dr. Hennenfent's website is BradMD.com/
