As a Rochester, NY native, hockey has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. I wrote A is for Apple through my lens as a hockey player, hockey fan, and hockey parent. The goal of this book is to highlight the many different ways people play this wonderful game and to help further immerse kids in the world of hockey by teaching them the unique language that many hockey players use. A is for Apple is for anyone and everyone who has ever loved hockey.
