Brandon James Scott

Brandon is an award-winning artist who illustrates books and works in animation. He's the illustrator of over 10 picture books, the latest being A Bear, a Fish, and a Fishy Wish and A Bear, A Bee, and a Honey Tree (author, Daniel Bernstrom) with Hippo Park , Metal Baby (author Stephen W. Martin) with Simon & Schuster, and I Live in a Tree Trunk and I Was Born a Baby (author, Meg Fleming) with Harper Collins. In animation, Brandon has worked on a range of hit series including his own creation, the award-winning Justin Time. He's also helped make other shows like True and the Rainbow Kingdom and Paw Patrol. For him, it's all about making art and stories full of wonder, absurdity and heart. Also with bears and cats and skeletons, ideally, when possible. A born and raised Canadian, he lives with his wife and two children in Burlington, Ontario.
