Brandon Walden

Brandon Walden is a husband and a father of 5 beautiful daughters. He and his family live in Northern California. Brandon often says that "Seeds and Trees" is his story, cleverly disguised as a children's book. Brandon and his wife founded The Treasured Tree, LLC (www.thetreasuredtree.com) to be a platform that would host and create content for the child like part in all of us. They encourage families through video, music, books and speaking engagements. Fun facts: When Brandon is not speaking or writing other books you will likely find him traveling the country with his family. The Walden's have taken many road trips. One of the roads trips took them over 16,000 miles, and through 36 states over the course of nearly a year. Brandon originally planned to attend art school to become an art therapist. However, he ended up traveling throughout Central America after his senior year in high school to do missions and humanitarian work. Brandon and his wife, Stephanie, have known each other for over 25yrs. They were great friends in high school but did not date until their twenties. Brandon is originally from South Carolina and hates extreme heat. So, he moved to Kansas City in 2011 to escape the hot summers and intense humitidity. However, the day he unpacked the moving truck in Kansas City... it was 106 degrees. After 7 years in Kansas City and enough of the heat...he moved to Redding, California. His first summer there the hottest day was 117. (Someone, please tell Brandon where he can find 78 degrees all year round). Brandon has drafts and synopsis written for 3 other children's book and is presently writing a book for men about becoming more child-like.
