Hello! I’m Deanna, the creator of Breezy Brides. I started Breezy Brides with the hope of helping the many soon-to-be brides out there with their perfect destination wedding. When I was first starting to plan our wedding in 2016 I was desperately looking for somebody out there to help me figure out how to even do a destination wedding. How am I supposed to pick between hundreds of resorts? Is Dominican Republic better than Mexico? Are these pictures really as nice as they seem or could I be ripped off? What if someone in my family has never left the country before? I had a million questions. And few people who really could help me. I want it to be easy for couples to find the best for their situation without the many, many hours of research and fact finding. My hope is that you’ll find that with Breezy Brides. My husband and I got married in Mexico. We, as well as our 50 guests, had an absolute blast and there weren’t many things we could say we wished were different. It was affordable, beautiful, and probably the best 8 days we’ve ever had. With all of that being said, I got really good at planning and coordinating a destination wedding. Since my own wedding I’ve been busy in popular forums and working with destination wedding vendors to ensure I provide the most up-to-date and helpful advice I can to future destination wedding couples. From products to buy, to which legal documents you need, and everything in between.
