Brenda Lyday

Brenda Lyday is the owner of Magical Dream Vacations, a travel agency she has successfully led for 9 years, backed by 7 additional years in the travel industry. She is also the founder of Lyday Publishing, through which she publishes her works. Diagnosed with ADHD at 51, Brenda has spent countless hours researching the condition, driven by a desire to understand her unique behaviors and overcome the challenges of ADHD. As a Twice Exceptional individual, her late diagnosis reflects the complexity of her experiences. In addition to her personal journey with ADHD, Brenda supports her husband, who has lived with POTS for 11 years, a condition that has profoundly shaped their lives. Together, they navigate the challenges it brings while maintaining a strong focus on family and learning. Brenda enjoys spending time her 64 nieces and nephews, and is even known to hop on Roblox to play games with them. Though she and her husband were unable to have children, they fill their lives with love and laughter through the relationships they've cultivated and cherish every moment with the children in their life, including those of their friends and church community. An avid learner, Brenda’s ADHD hyperfocus drives her to dive deep into new topics of interest, spending her free time in dedicated research and personal growth. She has found that writing books is a great way to share the knowledge that she’s learned in her deep dives.
