Brenda Scott Royce

Animal expert Brenda Scott Royce is the author of more than 30 books for adults and children. Her romantic comedy "Monkey Love" was described by Janet Evanovich as “delicious as a jelly doughnut,” and its sequel, "Monkey Star," earned a Book Buyers Best award. Children’s titles include "Angela & Lulingu: Two Gorillas, a World Apart," "The Coolest Stuff on Earth" (NatGeo Kids), "Bailey the Wonder Dog," "One Wordy Bird," and the "Zoo Crew" series. Her short fiction won grand prize in the Writer’s Digest Annual Writing Competition in 2015. She lives outside Los Angeles.
