Hi, my name is Brian and I'm an author, researcher, trainer and life coach. My greatest passion in life is personal growth and development. I love helping people to better understand the obstacles they face in life and helping them overcome those obstacles. I have helped many clients in personal coaching sessions to succeed in the face of adversity. I hope that through my efforts at writing and coaching I can help improve the lives of as many people as possible and make our world a little bit better. My research interests primarily include human psychology, mood disorders, dealing with stress, and developing specific techniques that can be applied by anyone to overcome these challenges in everyday life. When I'm not reading, writing, and researching, I love to spend time playing sports, exercising, and eating healthy meals with family and friends.
