Brian W. Lidbeck

Brian Lidbeck serves as the Academic Dean and professor of Bible and Theology at Northpoint College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prior to taking this position in 2016, he served as a lead pastor for twenty-four years. He holds a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Ministry with a concentration in Biblical Languages from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. He also holds a PhD in Bible and Interpretation from this seminary. His dissertation focused on how the Lukan themes of the resurrection and the outpouring of the Spirit find their roots in the Pentateuch and converge at Pentecost in identifying Jesus as Lord and Christ. The dissertation has since been published as Resurrection and Spirit.
