Bridget Idam

Bridget Idam was born in Ebonyi Nigeria. She holds bachelors degree in science. Growing up she was fascinated with hygiene and food and this interest led to some exposure to writing since she was drawn from her friend who got food poisoning from a doggy takeout. Bridget who is a teacher developed a passion for ideas in Safe Servings and Cook Books. She explores the issues by introducing kitchen and food hygiene as one of the key aspects of food safety and it plays a critical role in preventing growth and spread of harmful bacteria that can cause food borne illness. Mastering Cook Book for Beginners is her first book.
