Bruce H. Wolk is a nonfiction writer living in Denver, Colorado. Originally trained as a research biologist, while pursuing his studies, he could not turn his back on his love of creative writing and English literature. As he made the transition to being a full-time writer, the years spent in biological research proved a valuable asset in hunting down details and interviewing hundreds of people. Bruce holds two degrees in the sciences and an MBA in Management. He was also certified as a New York City Paramedic. He is currently writing a nonfiction book about his experiences as a paramedic during the AIDS crisis and a book on basketball great and disability activist Junius A. Kellogg.
