C.M Ghilchrist was born in Ireland and now lives in Scotland. She worked for a number of years as a Primary school teacher and has also worked with kids in theatre productions and other drama settings. In the Odwin Chronicles series, C.M Ghilchrist takes kids on a magical adventure with a wonderful variety of characters. There are dangers and challenges to be faced and overcome. Throughout this series run themes of friendship, care for the earth and the power of love to heal. The children in the books must find reserves of strength and the power within themselves to overcome the challenges they face. Guardians Of The Veil is the first book in this series to be released.
