C M Harris

C.M. Harris is an award-winning children's author who creates picture books that are engaging and open young minds to meaningful conversations. Through her heartfelt stories, she weaves together themes of friendship, acceptance, and understanding – believing every child deserves to see themselves in the pages of a book. Living with Charcot-Marie Tooth Disease and Trigeminal Neuralgia, she brings authentic representation to children's literature. When not writing, she visits schools across Southern California, sharing messages of kindness and inclusivity. In 2019, Harris founded Purple Diamond Press, Inc., publishing picture books that make a lasting difference in children's lives.
