C. M. Lowe began writing when she was six years old and hasn't been able to kick the habit since. Her love for the mystery genre began at a young age, when her mother became a Private Investigator trained at the Police Academy. By 27 years of age, C. M. Lowe received a Bachelor's of English and a Master's of Human Services Counseling, which lend themselves to creative writing and the human psyche, respectively. C. M. Lowe's favorite pastimes include devouring true crime novels and attending police ride-alongs, both of which have provided inspiration for her upcoming works. The Kitty Genovese Murders is her debut novel.
