Charles Ayer

I started writing my first book, "A Deadly Light" ten years ago, and I've never looked back. I recently published my eighth book, "The Natural Blonde." Before I began writing, I had a long career in corporate finance, as well as my ongoing career as the father to my three kids, no matter how grown-up they get. My first and only marriage began when I was 22, continues to be a day-to-day adventure. I spent my life traveling the world, and my family and I have lived overseas for a total of eight years, but now I'm content to stay home, write, and take care of my cat.
