Caleb is holding onto 29 years with all he’s got, luckily tethered to his youth by two adventurous little boys. A husband to his high school sweetheart and a dad to a couple of crazy little dudes, Caleb serves as a Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army, flying the AH-64 Apache—a career that seems to suit his adrenaline-chasing roots. Growing up in California as a pastor’s kid, Caleb was known as a high-energy rebel (and maybe a bit of an adrenaline junkie). After high school, he dove into emergency services, working as an EMT firefighter, ski patroller, and on ambulances. But a deeper calling led him to the Army, first as a combat medic and eventually as an Army Aviator. Fatherhood sparked a new creative side, and with the arrival of his second son, Caleb completed his first book, Tooties or Pooties?, a humorous take on family life. Depending on how his debut does, there may be more to come. Caleb’s varied background, military service, and commitment to fatherhood bring both adventure and authenticity to his work—making his book well worth checking out.
