I'm the sort of person who dreams of dinner while she's eating breakfast. I love to cook, and after a year of cafeteria food in college, I set out to start making my own meals, launching CollegiateCook.com. My goal is to make cooking fun—and too easy not to do yourself. Even if you can't toast a Pop-Tart without burning it (it's not you, it's your toaster).
