Carolyn Hartley is a six time bestselling author in fiction and non-fiction. Her stories are influenced by caring, strong women, fearless family, colleagues, other award winning authors, and friends who have made a difference in her life. She is an avid reader, dedicated researcher, and buries herself inside each character to feel their story. Carolyn has received the Points of Light Foundation award, the distinguished Silver Anvil Award for communications, Who's Who in International Business Women from 2008 - 2014; the North Carolina Excellence in Business Award, and she has been a literary judge, most recently for the Petigru Review. She has lectured at Harvard University, Mt.
