Carolyn Sloan

Carolyn Sloan was born in New York City to two public school teachers. She is a musician, songwriter and long-time music educator who is passionate about using music to better the world in which she lives. Her songs have been performed all around the US and around the world in places as far as Moscow, Russia and Zug, Switzerland. Carolyn's books are continually best-sellers and prove to be entertaining and instructive to children and adults a like. Her new book, Welcome to the Opera will be published in the Fall of 2023. Stay tuned!! Carolyn attended the FAME school in New York City, The HS of Performing Arts where she studied music and played viola in the orchestra. She later attended New York University for her Bachelor's degree and the University of Pennsylvania where she obtained her Masters Degree in Education Entrepreneurship. Carolyn is dedicated to helping children learn about music and the world in which they live. Recently, she founded a company, TeachMe TV to help children develop a love of learning.
