Carolyn Wild is an author, teacher, and farmer with over 25 years of experience working with young children. With a passion for nature, animals, and storytelling, she created the Wild Acres Farm Series to inspire curiosity while supporting early literacy and math skills. Living on Wild Acres Farm in Spallumcheen, BC, with her husband, Geoff, Carolyn cares for heritage animals, fruit trees, and gardens. She captures farm life through photography and brings these real experiences into her books, encouraging children to explore and learn about the world around them.
