Carrie M. Wrigley, LCSW, has been a counselor for 30 years, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, and marriage and family problems She has also been a public mental health educator for 20 years, teaching practical, positive, drug-free techniques for overcoming these challenges. She has created a number of websites to share her healing insights, including CounselingLibrary.org. Carrie received her education at the University of Utah - first a BFA in Theatre, then an MSW in Social Work. She is the mother of 5 children, and is a prolific composer of inspirational music. Three of her music CD's are available on Amazon: Hold on to Hope, Love's Umbrella, and Trust in the Lord. She has also continued acting, and has appeared in a number of feature films, including Fall City and The Fighting Preacher. She has been married to her husband Steve for 30 years, Carrie believes passionately that the human body and brain possess the power to heal themselves, from the inside out - IF people know and do what promotes healing.
