Casey and Sarah have been married for 10 years and health and fitness has been a cornerstone in their relationship. Their goal is to model healthy habits to their two boys and share their knowledge with family, friends, and the community. Casey Caudle is a freshman biology teacher and certified nutrition coach, who has a passion for all things health and fitness. He is constantly learning about different ways to move his body, eat well, and promote overall health. In addition, he has always had a fondness for comic books and superheroes. He enjoys drawing as a creative outlet and has worked hard on the illustrations in this book. Sarah Caudle has worked 11+ years in general pediatrics as a physician assistant and is now working in pediatric sports medicine. She enjoys educating others and giving practical examples of ways to improve children’s lifestyle through food, fitness, and fun. She sees daily how much health and happiness depends on the small simple tasks of moving your body, eating well, getting outside, and regulating your emotions.
