Catherine Jennings has a Bachelor of Science degree and a M. Phil research degree in Social Sciences. From 2010, she has been devoted to supporting young people (up to 16 years) in the care system, helping them reach their goals and find a place in the world. Later, she worked with families affected by domestic violence and is passionate about bridging the gap between parent and child, finding moments of connection within the chaos and trauma. She has worked with neurodivergent teenagers and is committed to providing guidance on setting boundaries and developing meaningful relationships. The author uses professional knowledge and personal experience to offer practical advice to families. She lives in the UK with her family and some four-legged friends.
