Allow me to introduce myself shortly, My affinity for sports and nutrition began in my early years, propelling me to pursue a university education in these areas. This journey culminated in a master's degree in physical education, nutrition, and gymnastics. My academic experiences served as stepping stones towards a career in physical education in both public and private schools, and ultimately led me to my calling as an independent fitness and nutrition coach. For many years, I have channeled my passion into a mission: to guide others, particularly women, in achieving fitness, adopting a balanced diet, maintaining their health, and pursuing an active lifestyle. In 2007, I established the Catherine Piot Institute with a distinct focus on assisting women over 40 in their journey to lose weight, enhance their fitness, and reinvigorate their vitality. Fitness, while achievable in your 20s and 30s, presents different challenges as we age. Now in my 50s, I stand healthier than ever before and use my personal journey to inspire others. Blending my passion and expertise, I am here to guide you in achieving tangible results. My motto is simple: I practice what I preach. With over two decades of experience in sports, nutrition, and fitness in both Europe and Canada, my aim is to help women transform their bodies. My deepest belief is that if you transform your body, you transform your life. I have been fortunate enough to gather extensive practical knowledge. I hope to put this knowledge at your disposal in your journey to a healthier body and to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
