Celeste Davis

Celeste Davis is a Christian missionary evangelist, teacher, and author. She lived and worked in East and Central Africa and India for twenty-eight years. She and her late husband Loren Davis preached the gospel in open air crusades and taught the Word of God in seminars, bush villages, cities, and towns. Their work included building 276 churches in Africa’s unreached areas with the help of their partners. Celeste has survived plane crashes, been beaten by thieves, endured deadly bouts of Malaria, suffered through heartbreaking betrayals by friends and team members, and finally, widowhood. She continues to support the work with her team now working in India through television evangelism and street work with lepers and the poor. The vision to reach people with God‘s love has seen hundreds of thousands hear the Word of God and helped them to understand that this life is not the end. There is a future for them through Christ Jesus, the Lord. Celeste is currently living in the United States building faith in God through writing books and teaching in Bible Studies and small groups.
