Charlie White

Author of Bloggers Boot Camp, Charlie White has worked in media for 39 years. He writes books and articles about tech, Internet, coolness and inexplicable peculiarities. Over the past decade, he's been Senior Editor of Mashable, Deputy Editor at NBC Universal's DVICE, Senior Associate Editor for gadget site Gizmodo and Executive Producer of Digital Media Net. Since 1994, he's written more than 9,000 articles for websites and magazines such as Wired, Maximum PC and Popular Science. In a previous life Charlie spent 30 years as an Emmy award-winning television producer/director, directing five national TV series for public television. His personal interests include writing books, watching good movies and hanging out with the book club at burger joints.
