Cheryl Lowery AUTHOR "Discover Gymnastics!" is my first children's book. I am also featured in a portion of the book, "The Miracle Morning for Parents and Families." GYMNASTICS COACH I have over a dozen years of coaching experience with a wide variety of ages and levels. I specialize in coaching younger students from ages 2.5 - 9. I work primarily with preschool groups, pre-team, and early level team programs. However, I also enjoy working with our optional, higher level gymnasts. “My coaching philosophy is to teach basics in an advanced way so that we can later teach advanced skills in a basic way.” PERSONAL LIFE Parent of two boys: Connor (14) and Colton (12). Colton is now an optional level gymnast. Together, we post sports content and gymnastics specific drills and skills to his “Mr. Sporty” YouTube page. I competed on the collegiate level. I'm also involved in the special needs community.
