Cheryl M. Bradshaw, MA, is the author of three books. Her first book, How to Like Yourself (2016) is a self-esteem guide for teens that was a #1 new release and #1 best-seller in its category on Amazon. It was also selected as a 2016 Foreword INDIES Finalist for the 2016 Young Adult Non-Fiction category. Cheryl is also the author of The Resilience Workbook for Teens (2019), and her newest book, Real Talk About Sex and Consent: What Every Teen Needs to Know (2020) has also been a #1 new release on Amazon. Cheryl is a Registered Psychotherapist and expert speaker, and she has been featured on various television shows, radio shows, and podcasts, including Breakfast Television, Global’s The Morning Show, CBC Radio, and Today’s Parent, and more. Cheryl has previously worked as a counsellor at Sheridan College and at the University of Guelph, and she currently has a private practice in the heart of Waterdown, Ontario. Cheryl holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology as well as a Bachelor's of Education and Bachelor of Science (Honors). Cheryl has received the inaugural Outstanding Alumni Award from Yorkville University in 2017.
