Cheryl Wolken

Cheryl Wolken moved to Wausau, Wisconsin with her family in 2014. In 2018, she started WausauMama.com, which is the guide for parents in the Wausau area. One day, while looking through all of their city-specific ABC books (Chicago, Seattle, New York, etc.), Cheryl thought about how these books were both fun and educational. She realized at that moment that the Wausau area needed its own ABC book and she decided to create one. Published by Cloudy Books Press LLC in 2022, “The ABCs of Wausau” will teach kids about the Wausau area, help them learn their ABCs, foster a sense of pride, and be a unique souvenir for visitors to the area. This is Cheryl's first book.
