His first release, "Adjusting" to a Career in Property & Casualty Claims, is a guide for current and future insurance claim adjusters, featuring a positive outlook on the profession, ways to combat the stressors, and tips for success. His latest release, "Adjusting" to Property & Casualty Claims: Negotiation 101, takes a deeper dive into the arena of Claim Negotiation, assisting adjusters with fine-tuning their skills even further. He is also the co-author of "Burned Out Adjuster's Playbook," focusing on the "overstressed" insurance adjuster. Mr. Casaleggio is an insurance industry consultant and claims correspondent. His articles have appeared in CLM Magazine, Property Casualty 360, Claims Magazine, Insurance Nerds, and Insurance Thought Leadership. His prior journalism experience includes reporting for newspapers such as Suburban Trends - North Jersey Media Group, Adirondack Daily Enterprise, and Lake Placid News. Casaleggio holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University.
