Chris L. Johnson is the founder of Q4 Consulting Inc. and passionately committed to creating feedback-rich environments that result in transformational change. Chris integrates teachings on the neurobiology of experiential learning with mindful awareness and embodied practices to offer programs that train attention—The Leadership Pause—and tap the body as a rich source of intelligence, wisdom, and action. Chris holds a PsyD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she’s taught in the Business Psychology and the Executive and Professional Development Programs. Trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the Center for Mindfulness and certified as both an Integral Coach (New Ventures West) and a Master Somatic Leadership Coach (Strozzi Institute), Chris’s unique training serves her deeper commitment: to extend embodied leadership to innovators who are creating the future—exemplary leaders, collaborative teams and workplaces, and engaged, thriving communities. To that end, she’s been involved in the Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism for over a decade, an organization committed to “elevating humanity through business,” currently serving as chair. When Chris is not working, she’s likely gardening or hiking, reading a great book or making art, or at the aikido dojo where she practices the art of peace. Learn more at Q4-Consulting.com.
