Chrissy Carroll is a vibrant registered dietitian and USAT Level I Triathlon coach. She currently runs several food and nutrition websites, and is also a freelance writer and nutrition communications consultant. As a dietitian, Chrissy has several areas of passion and practice. On Snacking in Sneakers, Chrissy's most popular website, she focuses on food and fitness for active women (especially runners and triathletes). Chrissy is a runner and triathlete herself and loves the thrill of crossing a finish line. Over on one of her other sites, Dairy Free for Baby, she highlights tasty dairy-free recipes and food allergy tips. She’s especially passionate about helping this group after her own son was born with several food intolerances (which he luckily outgrew). Chrissy holds a bachelor of nutrition science from Boston University and a master of public health nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She currently resides in Massachusetts.
