Christopher Goff

Christopher Goff, aka, the Sales Comp Guy, has over 18 years of Sales Operations and Compensation experience, including a background in the Healthcare, Software & Technology, and Contract Research industries. He has an MBA from Rasmussen University, holds a Master's degree in Economics from North Carolina State University, and a B.S. in Finance from Catawba College. Christopher is also a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). He is the author of multiple books on the subjects of pay transparency and sales compensation. He advises organizations of all sizes on the best practices of pay programs across the spectrum of rewards. Christopher serves on the Faculty of WorldatWork and is an Adjunct at Catawba College.
