Christopher Jerome Carter

Christopher Jerome Carter, MDiv, ThM, PhD, LP, NCPsyA is a licensed psychoanalyst certified in Jungian analysis. He has a private practice in New York. For over 30 years (becoming an psychoanalyst), Dr. Carter co-designed and supervised the construction of low-income housing and implementing on-site, evidence-based supportive services for the financially disenfranchised and the chronically homeless living with serious and persistent mental illnesses and chronic medical conditions, through non-profit organizations, beginning as a member of the Steering Committee of the Community Health Education Council for Children and Adolescents (CHECCA) in the 1980s (Springfield, Massachusetts). Prior to his 2021 journal publication, Dr. Carter has ghostwritten several articles and books in clinical psychology, and in spiritual reflection as an avenue toward greater individuation.
