C. S. Larsen

On Writing C.S. Larsen began his writing career at the age of ten. It wasn’t until the 1990s when he became a published author of technical books for IBM. Later in the 2000s, he began work on his real writing passion, books focusing on the supernatural, urban fantasy, and science fiction. He currently has several books and short stories published, several winning awards. Writings and literary influences As a child and a teenager, C.S. Larsen grew up reading the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Piers Anthony, Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Arthur C. Clarke, Terry Brooks, Robert A. Heinlein, and Stephen R. Donaldson, among others. More recent influences are Neil Gaiman, Rick Riordan, Stephen King, Dean Koonz, J.K. Rowling, Scott Westerfeld, D.J. MacHale, and Eoin Colfer.
