I was born in Arkansas where I have lived most of my life, and my husband, David, and I are both writers. I became an art teacher for several years, but I kept coming up with story ideas. One day I decided to write the book I'd thought about for a while. My first novel, "Keys Of Childish Scrawl," was published in March 2019, then rereleased the beginning of 2023. It is the 1st of a three-book series called "The Sagi McCormick Series." "Keys of Childish Scrawl" introduces you to the clairvoyant duo, Sagi McCormick and Brandon Jones. My 2nd book, "Third Eye," continues the story of those two characters, where they grow closer and Sagi discovers things about herself and a mysterious white owl. My third book, "Free Spirit" is where everything is revealed and explained. Sagi's paranormal ability grows stronger, and she finally learns what the white owl represents. Each book is a ghost story that uncovers unspeakable things, revealing secrets. Some that those secrets should have remained buried. Most of my stories are of a paranormal nature.That's probably because I've always had an interest in the paranormal and the unknown. I haven't forgotten my love for art, though, and have gotten some story ideas from my paintings. I also have a home-based business called L'Artista Bella, where I paint, draw, and make dreamcatchers. And I read every chance I have. My many interests keep me very busy.
