Claire lives among three mountain ranges in Southern Oregon. Mountain weather and unpredictable, beautiful and sometimes dangerous. She can be found puttering about the house, chicken coop, (10 hens, two roos, and yes, the struggle with chicken math is real). Claire writes clean romantic suspense; police procedurals; military/intrigue; cozy mysteries with amateur sleuths, rural police procedurals because those novels are what she reads and what she writes. ROMANCE UNDER WRAPS is her debut romantic/suspense, and RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is a military/intrigue thriller (with touch of romance). Each has a surprise ending. A yet to be named, forensics/crime and romance novel, should be on the shelf in the Fall, 2023. Currently working on another crime fiction/romance.
