Clint Hayes

Clint Hayes is an author, owner of Hayes Ink, and manager and partner of Del Hayes Press, his father's small publishing company. Hayes has spent over three decades researching and writing about the Eager Beavers, a B-17 air crew in the SW Pacific theater of World War II that remains the most highly decorated air crew in American history. Through his website, book, and related Youtube channel, he aims to raise awareness of the crew's story while dispelling long-standing myths about it, with an ultimate goal of enabling a screen adaptation. As manager of Del Hayes Press, he is currently shepherding the publication of the Bravest of the Brave series by MSgt (Ret) Joseph Bowman, which over three volumes will present comprehensive biographies of all sixty-two USAF Medal of Honor recipients. Also the result of over thirty years of research, Volume 1 of the series will be published in late 2024. Afflicted with a consuming interest in history, ideas, and human nature, Hayes lives in Princeton, TX, with his wife and daughter.
