Clinton Crafton is a 28-year veteran of the fire service in central Indiana, having served in the metro Indianapolis area, a rural volunteer fire department, a 22 year career in a suburban department on the north east side of Indy, and a 9 year (so far) career in a suburban department on the north west side of Indy. Clinton has over 25 years in technical rescue leadership, response, and training, serving as a firefighter, Lt., Capt., Battalion Chief, Division Chief, and currently as a Deputy Chief of Operations in agencies covering all hazards of tech rescue, water rescue, and hazardous materials. Clinton has also served 16 years as a dive team leader, 10 years as a technical rescue team leader, and 8 years as a FEMA USAR Rescue Team Manager. As a lead instructor with Advanced Rescue Solutions, a 14-year member of the INTF1 USAR team, and a corporate instructor for Dive Rescue International, Clinton has developed an extensive collection of notes and experience over the years that will assist you on your next training or deployment.
