While visiting New Awlins, one Summer, Clinton " Baby Clint" Pearson stumbled on SPHARS of Southwest Louisiana, in a small town called Des Allemandes, The catfish and hush-puppies were so good, Baby Clint sought the attention of the owner, After meeting with the owner and upon returning to his native California. Baby Clint ventured to open a Cajun/Creole Style Restaurant. While the plans for the Restaurant never came to frutition. Baby Clint launced a very succesful Mobil Food Company and served and catered at some of the largest Cajun, Catfish, Blues, Jazz and Country Festivals in the United States, The Baby Clint story is still being made, now producing his own Fry Mixes and creatining his Cookbook, Entitled Baby Clints Cookbook, with a Taste of Soul, Co-Authored by members of his family and most loyal freinds.
