Hi, I'm Colin and I have been interested in Health and Fitness for many years. I particularly love running and walking to stay fit. I enjoy all kinds of sports and love reading about, and trying out new sports to keep myself motivated. Over the years i have read books and self help guides and felt compelled to write my own work which i enjoyed immensely. I'm also a father which changed my life completely and changed my outlook to health and fitness. It became clear to me that when other people are relying on me to be there as their guardian that the importance of being as healthy as possible really struck home. As a result this has made me look more closely into the theory behind health and fitness, and writing books about the subject was a natural progression.
